Turn down for what?

So this lady is down 8 pounds!!!! Say wha?!?!? This is what I've been doing.

I've cut out cokes... Okay okay I've cut out most cokes. I still have one from time to time so shoot me.

Breakfast goes something like
-Oatmeal with fresh cut strawberries.
- half an English muffin with two slices bacon.
-1 pancake no syrup just fresh strawberries.
- vanilla bean protein smoothie.

Lunch looks like
-half a sandwhich and soup.
- salad light dressing.
-left over pizza (so kill me) 
-1 taco on white corn shell lean meat.
-veggies with 1 cup white rice.

Dinner looks like 
-stir fry with 1 cup wild rice
-brocoli chicken cheese bake
- salmon balls baked (stole from the whole 30 meal plan)
-pizza
-steak faijitas
-hamburger no bun with avacodo and cheese on top 
-baked chicken with bacon and 1 tbs cheese grated.

Sides
-fresh okra 
-roasted Brussels sprouts 
-squash casserole 
-roasted green beans 
-canned green beans with bacon
-pinto beans
-red beans and 1 cup rice 

Those are just some of the meals I've been trying to incorporate.
I try to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

I've been going for walks at night and hit up the gym a few times, but not as much as I would like to.
My husband also bought me 10 kickboxing classes that I can not wait to get to!!!

I'm striving for a better life!!
