Today I started my meal planning for the next two weeks and holy moly chicken and salmon batman. I can't nail down this day is this and that day is that, so what I've done is just made a list of what we have in the refrigerator and what I know I will enjoy cooking and eating. I've never been good at dieting because I don't like Cutting out all my favorite foods. So what I've done is just complied a list of the healthiest things I enjoy. That way I know I'll be happier with it in the end and STICK with IT.i like to look through Pinterest as well to get some more ideas. I've also been looking into doing THE WHOLE 30 but I'm still doing a bit more reading on that. I'm also trying to eat breakfast and lunch. And PORTION control!!!!!
Im going to own my health this year and be the best possible me!!!! What do you do to make meal planning easy?
