Dying hair at home....

So recently I went back to red from very dark hair... Needless to say it didn't go well :( 

I paid a lot of money for my hair to just not work!!!  I do not blame this on my hairstylist because she seriously has never steered me wrong but just this one time! And she even tried to fix it and it just got worse. So I know it was not her at all. I adore her!! And will continue to go back to her once I get this mop under control!!!

Now mind you my hormones have been extremely out of whack so that could have a lot to do with it and not to mention I had box colored it before we fixed it.

The red was pretty but my roots kept pulling up BRIGHT blonde! I mean those roots where hotter than Texas in the summer. 

I don't know a single girl who isn't obsessed with there hair so it was really bringing me down that I was really hating mine. Especially because my hair stylist worked so damn hard on it. So I took matters into my own hands and headed down to sallys.

See as you can tell it was pretty other than my roots and the more I washed the brighter they got!

This was the inspiration for the hair color I was wanting.

So I got the 6IR from sallys and 10 developer. Mixed it up and when I mixed it up it was bright pink!! I was terrified to put it on but I sucked it up and went with I mean what the hell it's just hair.

Dye on and officially terrified ha!

And the official after pic (not the best pic because I'm still not feeling all that great) and no filter! I sent it to my sister and my bestfried and they both said there was no way it was that red :) 

Now when you are going to dye your hair be prepared that it may not go how you want! You have to be prepared for anything. And it's going to dry your hair out so condition condition condition!!! 

I LOVE It!!!!!!!!! And it cost me maybe 15 bucks all together! Intense red is officially my favorite color! I'll keep you updated on the  vibrancy a few washes down the line! I'm going to keep dying it myself for a few months then return back to my stylist once my hormones decide to calm there tits ha!!! Love to you all

Happy Thursday! This week is almost over.

Again this is the only long mirror in the house and my kid loves it so deal ha :))) 

TOP- bought offline on vinted. I love the beaded shoulders of the top.

PANTS- forever 21 bought off line in the spring. Last time I checked they are still available on the website

SHOES- ballet flats bought at Walmart (still the most comfortable ballet flats I have ever put on my feet)

Im no stranger to spending countless hours browsing the racks of goodwill awaiting my next great find. But im Not gonna lie it takes time and effort and deciding if something is really worth the buy. There are times when I have walked away from something and could have kicked myself. And there are times when I'm glad I left it in the past lol. But then there are those times when I find a great goodwill find. I try to go at least once a month to browse for myself and Jack. Especially of I run across something on Pinterest and want to make it a staple in my wardrobe before going online and spending a little more on it. Online shopping and thrifty online shopping!!!

There is no secret that if you read my blogs you know I love to shop lol. But the older I get the more I absoultetly can not stand going to the mall, or spending a whole lot of money in my shopping process. Some things I will go ahead and splurge on but a lot of things I will sit on untill the go on sale. I've also started buying off sites like poshmark or vinted (vinted is my fav) it's like online consignment shopping! And that my friends I love! When you first downloaded vinted I got a 20.00 credit to start off with all you had to do was pay for shipping... Umm hello!!! Free money!! I'll take it! I've found some great goodies on both websites! Here are some of the things I have purchased in the last month.(August) and I'll start sharing with you some of my online finds! Love you bunches!!!

SHARK TOP- BOUGHT AT CHOONIMALS

I love this top it's just so fun! I did splurge on this top though and went ahead and payed full price. I just had to have it.

PLAID TOP-MODCLOTH 

I love that it has that rockabilly feel to it. I can wait to pair it up with a bandana and head out. I had been eyeing this top for months but it was 40 bucks. I felt that was little steep for a plaid shirt so I sat on it for a few months and then it went on sale for 11.00 bucks!!!! So I immediately bought it. I'm so glad I didn't give in to paying full price for this.

FLOWY FLORAL TOP- FOREVER 21

I love the cranberry color in this top! I can't wait to pair it up with some skinny jeans and boots this fall! I paid full price which was around 15.00 which isn't bad.

BIRD TOP- FOREVER 21

Something about this top just stood out to me. And it was under 10 bucks so I call that a score!

FLoRAL DRESS- OLD NAVY

I saw this in the store while browsing one day. It reminded me of something out of an Elvis movie like blue Hawaii but it was 30 bucks in store. When I left I couldn't stop thinking about it. I got online but couldn't find it. A week went by and I got back online to look for something for Jack and saw it and it was Only 12 bucks. When I came I seriously considered crying ha! Not really but I was so excited!!

LIGHT COLORED- AMERICAN EAGLE JEGGING-

I stepped put of my box and for light colored jeans! All my jeans are dark to extemely dark. I though I would go ahead and step out of my box and buy something different. They where having there every jean 29.99 sale.

This was my first purchases off vinted. It's a beautiful color and I'm so excited about it. It was 8.00 which was covered with my free 20.00 credit.

JORDANS- 

I have always wanted a pair of Jordan's for my shoe collection. I loved these as soon as I saw them and they where 30.00 which is the most I have paid on any of my sights! But I thought 30 was better than they hundred and something they usually go for. Plus they came with a box and you can tell they have only been worn maybe once or twice.

So I'm not going to lie. I haven't been to impressed with anything new at ulta or sephora. I have gone several times this month to browse and there was nothing that just screamed I have to have this. Here is a few things though that I have been loving this month. Just not awhile bunch of stuff. Buuuuttt.... I do have some sweet goodie blogs for you guys coming this month. :) so keep your eyes posted for those! 

CARESS JUICY ESCAPE- I hands down love caress so when I saw this I was like five me. It smells so pretty and doesn't fade like a lot of soaps do. Bought at WALMART.

LOREAL EVER PURE SHAMPOO- I recently dyed my hair back dark and this shampoo has helped put some life back in my hair without drying it out or stripping my hair.

CATWALK ROOT BOOSTER- like I said I dyed my hair dark and for some reason when I do dark my hair loses all umph (not that it has much lol) but this!!! This product brings my hair to life and I love it. And it doesn't leave my hair feeling nasty and filthy like some products do. Bought at ULTA

MARIO BADESCU GLYCOLIC FOAMING CLEANSER- so I had seen a fellow YouTube/blogger Nicole mention this product several times. I wanted to test it out myself. To see how this product truly is so I went with a smaller bottle. This stuff is amazing! I kid you not!!! I can already see a huge diffrence in my skin! I love this stuff and have def put it in my skin cleaning routine. Bought at ULTA.

ELF SPONGE BLENDING BRUSH- I am all about my blending spring so when I saw it in a brush form I about fainted ha! It's so good for setting my under eye concealer. Bought at TARGET!

Random 8 august style

1. I have only a handful of really amazing friends I trust. I have known most of them for YEARS... I tell them everything... And one of them is actually a male and I trust him more than anyone. I trust him with my life!!! It's hard to find that from someone other than they guy your married to. 

2. I do not speak to any of my in-laws... Their negativity was no longer worth it. 

3. I have a pretty good size collection of high heels yet can barely walk in them.

4. I eventually want a farm with tons of animals!!!

5. I dream a lot but can never remember them. I can only remember the feeling I had during the dream.

6. I hate going to the mall! I haven't been in one in so long. Online shopping is where it's at lol!!

7. I watch grease at least once a week and listen to the soundtrack more than I care to admit. I will randomly quote lines from the movie in my everyday life.

8. I have seen every single episode of sex and the city no joke at least 10 times. I LOVE it!!!!!!
